Ground floor: The lounge/dining room is equipped with a mix of antique and modern high quality furniture, a flat screen TV and fire place. Large patio doors lead to both private terraces.
The kitchen offers a breakfast bar, four ring induction hob, oven, large fridge freezer, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, dish washer, washing machine and ample kitchen utensils.
The bathroom comprises of a corner bath, pebbled walk-in shower, two basins and a toilet. There also is a separate toilet accessible from the hall.
First floor: There is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom both with large, comfy beds.
Exterior: The covered terrace is equipped with a VERY cosy outdoor lounge boasting stunning views on the hilltop village of Roquetaillade with its 1000-year old castle and our pond filled with Koi carp and gold fish. There also is a dining table with chairs and a gas barbeque.
